I was making Kuya Dino’s (my brother-in-law) baon or packed lunch for this coming week. And him being stuck on a chicken diet, I have been working hard to make his food a little bit different everyday. Not that unusual, generally. But at least something new. Besides, it’s fun having to play with food 🙂
I was just really looking for chicken recipes when I saw this on this link. Except for the capers, which I hate, I think the recipe was almost perfect! It was clean and simple, and it seemed to promise wonders (not really, I just assumed that).
